Chef Young Teaches Korean, Japanese, and Chinese cooking HANDS-ON in your home, usually to a group. You and your invited friends participate in the preparation AND in enjoying the results! Questions are welcome and expected as the preparation and cooking proceed.

A menu is usually negotiated in advance. Sushi? Korean BBQ? Japanese specialties? Price varies and depends much upon the foods chosen.
