College is done. Now you have made the choice to go beyond.
It may not be as easy, may not be as fun, but you are mature enough now for some hard work.
Many say being in grad school is not so hard as getting into grad school.
Our tutors handle most major grad school exams, and the essays. Each teacher who tutors for these has a graduate degree in her specialty.
Lets take the well-known GRE test, for example. The English level is pretty tough, the essay must be done via computer (unlike the SAT). And there is a math section that is not considered especially difficult (unless you chose the added math subject test).
A test prep book is required. (We don't want to waste time reinventing the wheel.) You will be asked to take part of the test in advance of sitting with the teacher. Then you will score-up the answers. But we are not so interested in your raw score; we want to see where you've gone wrong. Those wrong answers point to concepts or rules about which you have a weak understanding. This then forms the basis for our attack.
Experience has taught us that two-hour to three-hour sessions are, for most students, the most efficient way to go. Meetings can be held in university space, libraries, sometimes student homes, or coffe shops of suitable type.
